What's wrong in these pictures?

  1. Ungrounded or non GFCI outlet in a wet location.

  2. Nothing wrong here if the fireplace outlet is grounded.

  3. The Receptacle Plate cover is missing on an ungrounded outlet.

  4. Cable entering a panel are not properly terminated at the entry.

  5. Box cover missing and cables not properly terminated at the box.

  6. A Double Tap is common in residences. Two wires cannot be terminated under
    one screw.
